Like many other businesses, The Garden is aware and concerned about our lasting effect on our earth. We are taking measures to ensure that the next generation of gardeners has a beautiful space to plant roots, including:

  • Acquiring the Eco-Friendly Childcare certification and adhering as best we can to the state’s suggested guidelines.
  • Recycling paper and cardboard and try to limit the use of disposable plastic products.
  • Using biodegradable and compostable paper products.
  • Using non-VOC paint and many recycled products in our classrooms.We do not use aerosol or harsh chemical cleaners.
